Mia-Louise joined Knowle Grange as a receptionist in 2024. She is also a certified ITEC trained massage therapist and a Student Aromatherapist, holding a certified Essential Oil Specialist qualification. Her passion is aromatherapy and she expects to qualify as a certified clinical aromatherapist in autumn 2024 following which she will begin graduate study to bring her in line with the IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists) gold standard. As receptionist, Mia-Louise enjoys being of service and does her best to resolve issues as they arise.
