Knowle Grange is a small boutique health spa situated in beautiful tranquil gardens where members can exercise or relax in a totally private and welcoming environment.  

Our facilities include a small gym with a good range of cardio equipment, weights, free weights and TRX, and a beautiful natural spring water pool set in a tranquil Victorian walled garden. The pool can be used as part of a fitness routine, or enjoyed after a session in the gym. It is heated to a temperature of 29 degrees (84 degrees Fahrenheit).  During the winter months, an ‘EasyGlide’ telescopic pool enclosure is in place, which has the added advantage of bi-fold doors, which can be opened on sunny days.  Early mornings and evenings, it is floodlit and during the summer months, members can relax on loungers in the surrounding gardens.

Please note that the swimming pool is unsupervised.  The pool is 12 meters long by 6 metres wide and its depth is 1.3 to 1.5 metres.

We also have a sauna and spa surrounded by candles and aromatherapy oils – a divine area in which to unwind and take a well earned rest.  

We restrict our membership numbers to retain exclusivity and to focus on their health and wellbeing.  We are currently at our limit so please let us know if you are interested in joining and we can let you know if we are able to offer you membership.  Members must be 16 or over. 

The membership fees are as follows:

We are open 7 days a week, 360 days a year from 8am to 8pm. There is unlimited free parking* with showers and changing facilities.

Opening hours are:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 8pm
• Saturdays: 8am to 8pm
• Sundays and Bank holidays: 8am to 8pm

We are closed 25th, 26th December and 1st January.  We close around midday on 24th and 31st December.

*Please note that parking in Tunbridge Wells for 2 hours twice a week costs £26 a month.
